Case Study:
Social media strategy for a university's career center
A bit about the project
The UCLA Career Center Instagram page aims to connect students to job opportunities and prepare them for their career.
With more than 98% of college students using social media, it makes the @uclacareercenter's instagram the main tool in connecting with students.

Goals and its challenges
The page's goal is to serve as a resource for many students as possible. However despite multiple posts highlighting jobs, employers, it still had an overall low engagement.
The solution
The team analyzed potential reasons for the low engagement and organized a new content strategy that expanded the boundaries of what is means to be professional and fun.

The results
Expanding our professional boundaries to include different types of content created a more diverse feed that incorporates different faces, reels, and videos. We were able to better connect with our audiences, seeing an increase in engagement and following.
