About Orbit.
The idea of Orbit started during the height of COVID where students studied virtually--feeling lack of social connection with the university and peers.
Orbit had the goal of eliminating the stress for incoming students finding clubs (both virtual/ in-person), events, and meeting new friends.
It aims to centralize all campus events, personalizing recommendations based on user's interests.
